- What time can guests check in?
- Check-in time is from 2 p.m.
- What time are guests expected to check-out?
- Check-out time is within 10 a.m.
- At what time does the hotel close?
- The hotel is open 24 hours in a day. From 10 p.m.
until 07.00 a.m. shift is covered by the night-concierge.
- When is the swimming pool available?
- The swimming pool can be used from the opening day
to the closing day of the hotel.
- What time does the pool open and close?
- The pool opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m.
- Is the beach service included in the price?
- Yes, our Hotel provides one sun umbrella, one sunbed
and one deck-chair per bedroom.
- Can guests still keep the sun umbrella after checking-out?
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, guests are expected
to let the sun umbrella free after check-out time.
- Is it possible to reserve the position of the sun umbrella?
- Unfortunately not. The position of the sun umbrella
depends only on the availability at the check-in!
- Are pets allowed?
- Yes, they are but only small pets and with an additional
cost of Euro 3.- per day. In any case pets are not allowed in the
common areas such as restaurant and swimming
pool.

- What kind of services does the price include?
- Prices are for board and day including: service,
VAT, English-breakfast, Italian and international dishes,
meal-choice, salad buffet, restaurant with air-conditioning,
sat-TV room. Use at the private beach of deckchair, sunbed and sunshade,
large swimming pool for adults and for children, parking, bicycles. Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days.
- Is it possible to pay by credit card?
- We prefer cash, but we also accept VISA, EUROCARD,
MASTERCARD, BANCOMAT and also cheques
- What happens in case you leave earlier than expected, no-show or late arrival?
- In case you leave earlier than expected, no-show or late arrival, the entire amount of the hotel reservation can be charged.
- What happens with the deposit in case of cancellation of the reservation?
- In case of reservation cancellation the deposit could be retained.
